I don't think the image in Abigail's room has been confirmed by ConcernedApe to be Chrono (it really should be confirmed before being on the wiki), but I know the SDV fair thing hasn't. It's possible that both games are a reference to something that came before them as well. So, no, it shouldn't be added to the wiki page. One of the first games I thought of, especially with escar-go was the dog race in Majora's Mask, where both escargo and the blue dog have very little chance of winning. So with how common they are, I think without a direct confirmation it shouldn't be included on the wiki. 			i.e. the key line is:
