Equipment is a term used on the wiki (not in-game) for useful items in Stardew Valley. The player crafts most types of equipment from raw materials according to recipes that the player learns, usually by advancing in skill levels. The player can purchase some equipment from vendors instead of crafting it. Some equipment must be earned by completing Special Orders, or dropped by Monsters.
