Price Catalogue is a book that can be obtained by purchasing from the Bookseller for 
3,000g.
Upon reading the book, players will be able to see the sell price of any item in-game. If the item is stacked, the price would be displayed accordingly.
Once read, it can be found in the player's menu on the Special Items & Powers tab.
