It increases the chance to get Mystery Boxes or Golden Mystery Boxes (once Foraging Mastery is attained) by approximately 26.7% in all situations with a random chance of a mystery box.[1]
Once obtained, it can be found in the the Player's Menu on the Special Items & Powers tab.
