It is least common during rainy winter days (only possible by using a Rain Totem) and most common on rainy summer days, comprising from 11% to 16% of all items caught. It is most likely to be caught when casting farther from shore.

Sturgeon may also randomly appear in Krobus' shop on Wednesdays.

Map

The Sturgeon can be found in the mountain lake.

Fish Pond

Placing Sturgeon in a Fish Pond will produce Sturgeon Roe. When the roe is placed in Preserves Jar, it produces Caviar.

The capacity for the pond starts at 1. Completing quests for the fish will increase the capacity and allow for fish reproduction.

Bundles

Sturgeon is used in the Lake Fish Bundle in the Fish Tank.
