The Worm Bin is a craftable item that can be used to create 
Bait for fishing. The crafting recipe is unlocked at Fishing Level 8.
It creates 2-5 pieces of bait once per day.

- The Worm Bin will produce bait every 10 in-game minutes after 2am if using the quest journal glitch to stay awake past 2am.
