The Rain Totem may be placed as a decorative item (by left-clicking the mouse). To activate a Rain Totem, select it in inventory and "use" it (right-click with the mouse, directly on top of your character).
The Rain Totem will not force the weather to be rainy on festival days or on the 1st day of a season.
If the Rain Totem is used during the winter it will cause it to rain and snow simultaneously
