It can be found in all fishing spots during all seasons, including via Crab Pots, and can also be found in Garbage Cans. Several Crab Pot fish may produce a Broken CD when placed in Fish Ponds.
When caught while fishing, a Broken CD gives 3 Fishing XP. When harvested from a Crab Pot, a Broken CD gives 5 Fishing XP.
