It requires Fishing Level 7, either naturally or using Fishing Buffs.

It is the only fish that may be caught on the 100th floor of the Mines and spawns rarely. Other than Legendary Fish, it is the second most difficult fish (after Octopus) to catch and the fish with the highest sell price.
