Multiple jellies may be obtained, by finding more prismatic slimes before completion of the quest or by having a Burglar's Ring. However only one is required for the Wizard, and as a quest item, any others will disappear from the player's inventory once the quest is complete.
While the quest is active, about 1 of 83 Slimes (or 1.2%) is replaced with a Prismatic Slime.
