Has anyone made an updated meadows map for rice as of yet?

I too noticed this was missing, and I have made a Meadowlands map for the rice irrigation (which obviously will match taro). I'm trying to work out how to upload it. PenelopePepperPants (talk) 02:32, 4 July 2025 (UTC)
The discussion of crop yield here seemed off, so I did some testing, harvesting 100 shoots at a time across farming levels. This page suggests I should have been seeing ~160 pre Farming 10 and ~210 post Farming 10. Instead, I was getting ~110 pre and ~160 post, suggesting the actual max base harvest is 1 until level 10 farming and 2 thereafter. Based on code decompilations on GitHub (most specifically Dannode36, in StardewValleyDecompiled/StardewValley/StardewValley/Crop.cs line 579), the line leading to the assumptions currently on the page is something like r.Next(min, max + 1). While it looks like this line would randomly choose a number between "min" and "max + 1", the function itself subracts 1 from its given max value, canceling out the "+ 1"  written into the code.
I wanted to leave this open for discussion before actually editing the page, so I will hold off on setting changes there for a week or so to see if anyone else comments here first. --TerraCotia (talk) 13:55, 31 July 2026 (UTC)

The github code you reference appears to be from v1.5.6 of the game. The current code doesn't seem to look anything like it. margotbean (talk) 15:10, 3 August 2026 (UTC)
