Every time I marry Sam, he gives ME a cactus fruit, and says this, “ I found this rolling in the cupboard, here.” Why does he not keep it for himself if it’s one of his favorites? [[User:Chasedparrot561|Chasedparrot561]] ([[User talk:Chasedparrot561|talk]]) 00:50, 11 August 2025 (UTC)

Why?

Every time I marry Sam, he gives ME a cactus fruit, and says this, “ I found this rolling in the cupboard, here.” Why does he not keep it for himself if it’s one of his favorites? Chasedparrot561 (talk) 00:50, 11 August 2025 (UTC)

This is not a wiki question, it's a question for ConcernedApe. margotbean (talk) 03:53, 11 August 2025 (UTC)
The way I view it is that in real life, it's a token of friendship to give a gift that the receiver values. But if it is also a gift that you value yourself, you are giving something of yourself, above and beyond the gift itself. That's an extended, beautiful giving. And what better to show love? I say kudos to ConcernedApe for reflecting this real-life element in his game. It beautifies the playing. Giles (talk) 18:28, 12 August 2025 (UTC)
