Party hat catch-all description

There is a description for a generic party hat, but it doesn't seem to be an actual game item, nor I see the description being used by the wiki pages. Here is the description I am discussing: .

The individual descriptions for the blue, red and green party hat should suffice, I guess. Does anyone know if it's of any use? Would I need to add this in other wikis, like the italian one? --Mattiaccio (talk) 05:00, 26 February 2026 (UTC)
