Double drop
In game today, I encountered the prismatic slime and it was a special slime. Instead of dropping a special item, it dropped 2 prismatic jellies. This happened in the mines, and I have no enchants, mods, or anything else special going on. Perhaps this changed at some point so that players cannot fail the quest if they get the rare special prismatic slime? --Rosenzweigv (talk) 01:17, 8 July 2025 (UTC)

- No, this is like second year in game, my first playthrough. I haven't unlocked anything that would seemingly impact this. In either, it's strange I got the Jelly at all (this page says that it should only drop the special item and no Jelly), even more strange to get two! Possibly 1.6?
I noticed that when I kill multiple prismatic slimes instead of dropping more prismatic jellies it just gives 250G. Idk if this was added in 1.6 but I thought it was worth noting. Nyko7 (talk) 20:20, 25 February 2026 (UTC)
