Negative Qi coins

I'm wondering if there's a way to reset my negative Qi coins after winning too many times in CalicoJack. :( 群星之尘 (talk) 16:53, 14 May 2024 (UTC)

Yeah, PSA for everybody: if you earn (or cheat your way to) a billion Qi coins, the counter overflows and you get negative coins. (If you try to bet again, the game crashes.) It may help to submit a bug report on the forum, but it'd be faster to just edit the clubCoins value in your save file. Back it up first of course. Rekiy (talk) 18:37, 1 June 2024 (UTC)

Questionable Tips

Unless I'm misunderstanding, isn't purchasing fireworks just better for Qi to gold, at a rate of data-sort-value="4">4 to data-sort-value="1">1g, instead of deconstructing and selling the honey without turning it into mead, at a rate of data-sort-value="5">5 to data-sort-value="1">1g. Converting the honey into mead is still better at data-sort-value="2.5">2.5 to data-sort-value="1">1g, but that is much more involved than simply buying & selling the fireworks. Restore the Qi coin to Gold tip

I saw the edit comment "This is not a min/max guide", but considering the late-game abundance of Qi coins, it is in fact useful to know the best exchange rates. IBugOne (talk) 17:13, 18 December 2024 (UTC)

I came back to this page to see half the page deleted. It's a wiki and should be informative. If it's too technical, it could have simply been shortened instead of deleted entirely.
