buying ancient seeds

ancient seeds can be bought from traveling merchant so i edited the page to inform <3 i know this bc i just bought them XAi (talk) 10:32, 30 July 2024 (UTC)

Are you playing on a platform that isn't PC? I don't think Ancient Seeds can be purchased from the Travelling Merchant anymore, as of the most recent update. Platforms other than PC have not yet received the update.

You could check the History section of the page; any changes from version 1.6 onwards may not be true for all platforms until the update arrives. Cheese80 (talk) 17:44, 30 July 2024 (UTC)

Mentioning using a deconstructor to get an Ancient Seed artifact

I noticed that this page mentions how "Ancient Seeds can be deconstructed to make an Ancient Seed artifact using a Deconstructor. This is useful if the player has a packet of Ancient Seeds available but does not yet have the artifact donated to the Museum."

However, how would a player possibly get an ancient seeds packet without first donating an ancient seed artifact to the museum anyway to get the recipe for the seeds packet. My understanding is that you cannot purchase ancient seed packets from the traveling cart as of 1.6.3.

Should this line be removed? I'm just a little bit confused of how it's helpful if there is no possible way to get seed packets without donating already anyway. If I'm misinformed, let me know! Swift To The Core (talk) 14:03, 10 April 2026 (UTC)
